Well-read, slight workaholic with (currently) two jobs, one *adorable* toddler-turning-teenager and a really great husband who more than puts up with me for some strange reason. Somedays I feel so in the moment that I'm soaking up our lives through my eyeballs. Somedays, I feel like I'm standing in the middle of the freeway with our lives flying past me at the speed of light. Somedays, I'd just like to get this house finished, already.

In my most recent Mommy of the Year Moment, I was sorting and washing uniforms... one of which had to be worn in less than ten hours.
Who was it that said "if it weren't for the last minute, I wouldn't get anything done"?
