Well-read, slight workaholic with (currently) two jobs, one *adorable* toddler-turning-teenager and a really great husband who more than puts up with me for some strange reason. Somedays I feel so in the moment that I'm soaking up our lives through my eyeballs. Somedays, I feel like I'm standing in the middle of the freeway with our lives flying past me at the speed of light. Somedays, I'd just like to get this house finished, already.
Jeromy got an elk yesterday.
Not just any elk, however.
A 5x6 bull elk, a big boy, relatively young, according to the teeth. (side note: I don't understand the whole teeth-reading thing, but I guess that's why girls aren't invited to this party)
Now, where's the number for Sears so I can get a new freezer?
